    On 12 October nice smell and hundreds of students filled the halls of Agria TISZK. The now traditional gastronomy event, the Global Cooking Night is one of the most well-known and most popular programs at the University linking international students with local students and teachers.

  • Exploring Hungarian History in Budapest

    On 21 October 2016 some of the international students from the Eger Campus of Eszterházy Károly University participated at a trip to Budapest. The trip was organized within the frameworks of the Hungarian Culture course and the program focused on the national holiday of 23 October.

    Within the frames of the Hungarian Culture and Intercultural Awareness course, the newly arrived Internationals students visited the most significant places in Eger.

    The Eszterhazy Karoly University organises its Wine Culture and Wine Gastronomy summer university for the second time this year. Following the good experience of last year’s event this time Beijing Union University our partner institution from China has sent a group of nine students and a teacher.

    In the frame of the Hungarian Culture and Intercultural Awareness course, a large group of international students participated, with their teachers Judit Tóth and Ilona Hatvani, in a one day study tour in Mezőkövesd, in order to get more familiar with the Hungarian folk art, especially with the one of the Matyó region.

  • Successful International Evenings

    EEach semester our international students present their home countries within the frames of the Hungarian Culture and Intercultural Awareness course. It is an obligatory task for all course participants which aims to give students the opportunity to know each other better and also improve both their English knowledge and their presentation skills.
