Fulbright Day at Eszterházy University
On March 6, twenty-five American Fulbright fellows visited our university. The reason for visiting Eszterházy Károly University was two-fold: (1) to give an overview of EKU’s education and research programs to the current American Fulbright scholars; and (2) to learn about the opportunities presented by Fulbright Hungary for graduate students and faculty members.

Fulbright Scholar's Seminars about Language Teaching Tools
Chandler Fritz is currently serving as a Fulbright Scholar to teach English at Eszterházy Károly University (EKU). The Centre for International Relations is pleased to host Chandler and we have already organized two interactive seminars for our English-teaching faculty members and for language teachers from various schools in Eger.

EKU receives an award for success in Erasmus+ KA107
The award was given to Réka Tóth-Dolenszky institutional coordinator for the outstanding institutional implementation of international academic exchange projects under Erasmus+ KA107 programme.

International Evenings
The new coming international students of EKU presented their countries in the frame of Hungarian Culture and Intercultural Awareness course on the 18th, 21st and 22nd of November.

Institutional visit in China
Between October 23rd and November 3rd a 4-member delegation of Eszterházy Károly University visited several Chinese institutions to strengthen and widen the already existing Chinese relationships with the university and to do some market research there.

Day-trip to Budapest
On Friday 18 October students of the Hungarian Culture and Intercultural Awareness course participated, with their teacher Judit Tóth, in a one day study tour in order to get more familiar with the Hungarian capital.

Global Cooking Night
The participants tasted the specialities of 14 national cuisines, prepared by our Erasmus+ self financing and Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship holder' students.

VISIT TO INDONESIA
Between August 28 and September 2 a delegation of Eszterházy Károly University visited some partner institutions in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
